The motion capture stage was discarded

They're the ones who developed cheap FUT 22 Coins. For the first time, EA motion-captured an entire 90-minute football match, tracking the players' movements at an extremely precise level. This data could then be added into its animation database.

The gaming firm looked for the most important details, down to the finer details: from the way a full-back kicks the ball with the laces of their shoes to how a defender instinctively glances over their shoulder before receiving a pass. "Ultimately being realistic is an improved experience," states Gareth Eaves, senior animation director at EA who was the leader of the discussion remotely. "We were looking to do this for a long time, but the technology had not been there."

Typically, EA uses optical capture actors, as well as the odd star footballer, such as Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi, to write new animations. However, it is a tiny space that only has one or two people at a single time - creating a challenge to attack the ball quickly or ping passes from one wing over to the other. Limited passages of motion-captured game like keepie-uppies, one-on-one dribbles need to be modified by FIFA animators into free-flowing actions that mimic eleven-aside matches.

But now, the cameras have been ditched. The motion capture stage was discarded. Only the Xsens suits remained. "One one of the difficulties had been drift . We'd see where players' joints were in relation to each other but not in relation to the point of space," Eaves explains.

In a virtual sense, it means that players who were running around would return ten meters away from their start point. The game changer from EA is an LPS system that is local to FIFA 22 Coins the player. Rather than GPS satellites, LPS beacons were distributed throughout the stadium, and motion sensors attached to players' chests.
