Instantly fell in love with this game! Fun but challenging.. This game is too hard.I LOVE IT!!!. Forced ironman mode and artificial difficulty will punish even the slightest mistakes, and rng will cause a game restart regardless of player action. A big gripe is the rng of enemy and resource locations, as well as terrain, and AI pathing for you're own units is wonky and will often get stuck. The game could be fun and the learning curve is not very steep, but unless you have a lot of time to waste on restarting hours of work then give this a pass. Its fun to set up a base and decide on where to expand, moving troops cautiously to thin out hordes, but its easy to lose early on. And "early" can be an hour or so's worth of work, gone in a flash because buildings, particularly houses, in the this APOCALYPTIC ZOMBIE setting are extremely fragile and will break in a about a second, so there is little to no chance to save a small colony even with defenses within it. Trying to get to end game units and buildings is difficult due to this rng unless you restart a game from the get go using meta knowledge. tldr; its fun to kill zombies but unless you are a masochist you'll be stressing about resource locations and trying to meta your build in order to survive.
