Skippy, the NPC that allows you to neglect Tutorial Island, has now went back. This is to help deal with the huge number of players that may turn out on Tutorial Island and lessen any overcrowding.

Skippy are going to be removed from Tutorial Island eventually in the near future once Tutorial Tropical island is slightly less lively. For the first 24 hours involving in-game time on a fresh made F2P account people cannot trade items off of their account. They can nonetheless receive items but they can not trade their items apart.
