We too are part of nature, only we have forgotten it and separated ourselves, and so we suffer. Perhaps, it's the reason why whenever I come near to nature, it's like coming home to myself.

 In that suffering still is a sheltered gift that allows us to evolve, and that's why we aren't brutes. The only way to win is NOT to fight but to ACCEPT it and LOVE it because that's the ONLY way you aren't giving in to your shadow, you have to go the Contrary way of it. When you learn to accept and love your shadow is when you can really love yourself truly. It's the only way to integrate the good and the bad of you to be in ONE, only also you can be WHOLE. Just like the yin and yang symbol, they intertwine to be ONE circle. It's about uniting, not separating.
