Weak current wiring construction specifications to reduce signal interference

Weak current transmits information. If it is interfered with, the functions of phones,SYWV TVs, etc. at home will be affected due to poor signals. So how to minimize the occurrence of this situation?

1. Strong and weak current lines need to be routed separately

A big taboo during circuit reconstruction is that the construction team collects all the lines together for the convenience of construction. The consequence of this is interference between lines,AVVR cable leading to unstable signals, and also leaving a fire hazard. Therefore, during circuit modification, strong and weak currents should be routed separately. It is strictly forbidden for strong and weak currents to share the same tube and bottom box. The parallel spacing between strong and weak current lines should not be less than 30cm, preferably 50cm, and the intersections must be at right angles.

Weak current wiring pipes should be steel pipes or hard PVC pipes. PVC pipes are relatively cheap and commonly used, but their signal shielding effect is not as good as copper pipes. Therefore,ul 758 cable if there are local interference sources on the route and the minimum clear distance requirements cannot be met, steel pipes should be used as the threading pipes.

2. Different weak wires need to be routed separately.

In order to avoid signal interference, weak currents such as network cables, telephone lines, and cable TV cables must be threaded through separate tubes during circuit construction and cannot be threaded in the same tube.

3. Lay the pipes first and then route the wires

Weak current construction is the same as strong current construction. During construction, pipelines should be installed first and then wired. This can avoid the phenomenon that the wire cannot twitch when changing wires in the future.

4. Avoid too many lines in the same pipe

The laying should depend on the number of wires passing through the pipe. There should not be more than four wires in the same pipe. It is prohibited for wires to occupy all the space inside the pipe. The diameter utilization rate of straight pipes should be 50% to 60%, and the diameter utilization rate of bent pipes should be 40% to 50%.

5. Avoid taking broken right-angle corners

When routing wires, be careful not to break the wire tubes and turn them at right angles. This can easily cause the wires to fail to pass through, and also has a great impact on the signal. It is best to use a large bend to connect.
