What are some common myths about nutrition and diet?

Several common myths about nutrition and diet can lead to confusion and misinformation. For example, one myth is that all fats are bad for you, when in reality, some types of fat, such as unsaturated fats, are beneficial to our health. Another myth is that a high-protein diet is necessary for building muscle when, in fact, a balanced diet with adequate protein is sufficient. Similarly, the idea that all carbohydrates are bad for you is a myth, as complex carbohydrates found in whole grains and fruits can be a valuable source of energy and nutrients. Finally, the belief that all supplements are safe and effective is another myth, as some supplements can be harmful or ineffective without proper guidance and oversight.
