The advantage of on-premise food delivery software is that it gives companies more control over their data and how it’s stored. The downside to this type of software is that companies have to invest in the necessary hardware upfront to store all their data, which can be costly.

Cloud-based software, on the other hand, has no upfront cost for hardware and can scale with a company’s needs. It also allows for remote access to files from any location as long as there is internet connection.
