Anger is a normal and healthy response to an event or situation that makes us feel inadequate, frustrated, or angry. Anger is also the natural and healthy response to many situations that require us to defend ourselves or another person. The problem with anger is that some people let it control their lives and are unable to communicate it or find effective ways to express it. Controlling anger also means being able to forgive those who have offended us, or at least make the choice to do so in order to move forward.
