The Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) program was designed to encourage the industry to develop innovative, commercial products that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of federal classified operations and provide new capabilities to the IC. Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) is an important part of NSA’s commercial cybersecurity strategy to quickly deliver secure cybersecurity solutions that leverage commercial technologies and products.

All CSfC contracts are awarded under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and are the only technology contracts that can be awarded to support a Top Secret facility. Contracts are awarded under a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). The BAA lists specific technology capabilities of interest to the federal government.
