Lately I have been waking up a lot, feeling weak and malaise. Perhaps all this fatigue is caused by the fact that I have certain problems falling asleep. I had my biological clock down before the pandemic hit. I usually wake up between 5:00 and 6:00 to start my day, because of this pandemic I usually wake up around 10:00 - 11:00. . I don't need an alarm clock telling me my body when to wake up.
