In other words if we find the most space efficient way to store data that the law of physics would allow, we would still run out of space in a few centuries. We would run out of space eventually if we keep generating digital data at the rate that we are currently.
So the bottom line is this, you shouldn’t worry too much for the moment about internet running about of space. But at some point we might collectively want to think about just how much storage we really need to keep on our hard drives.
