Reading thru reviews show that there are some minor bugs and changes. Here's some of those (didn't read all the reviews yet).

I'm not too sure how much I like playing only to find out it's all an illusion and that some chthonic Judeo-Christian entity was devouring humanity all the while and pooping out a diarrhea of collective consciousness.
- Rough engrish in some places (they are open for improvments/feedback). - Stat/Skill name changes. Borrowed from review: "Charisma has become Glamour, Refinement has become Elegance, and neither of those are really troubling. " ---(This is probably just personal taste.) - Faith-stat revert bug. - No subtitles at end letter. (DOHH!!)

Hmmm, you know what I'd still play that :D.
Anyway, I bought it on Steam, and so far it seems pretty much the same as the older version I played back in the day. The English translation is awkward at times, but other than that I haven't noticed any bugs, and the graphics aren't very different.
Considering it's from a Japanese dev, and most of those seem to think the non-Japan PC market is Steam, I very much doubt it'll ever come here.
