Latest N73 Software update.
Just out of interest, what version number is the latest? mines 3.0704.1.0.1 but when i put my product code into the product support section, it says that the newist version is STILL 3.0704.1.0.1, even though i updated this april-ish this year.
surely theres a new one since then?
Its a UK N73 on orange and tbh, i cant wait to upgrade it to an N95 or screw orange and get an iphone, but i cant seem to leave Nokias alone =P.

This is Oranges fault.
They need to approve the latest firmware for your product code, But in all networks they seem to be very slow.
It's not the phones fault.

i know everyone else in the uk seems to be on v4+ atm and just because orange decide to rip their phones software apart and fill it with **bleep**, im stuck on v3 :(
my phone decides to like to pretend i have things on my phone memory too.. it says 44mb used, 100kb free, even though theres nothing actually on the phone memory at all, so i have to delete messages to receive new ones (even though i only have about 50 in my inbox)
looks like i need to have a bash about with my good friend ybrowser ;)

Back up everything on the phone via The Nokia Content Copier through PC Suite, And take the memory card out and try this reset to cure the near full memory problem.
Hold these keys while booting the phone up.
The number 3, the green call key and the * star.
But beware this will set the phone to a fresh out of the box state so back up everything there is on the phone.

I can't find any update for my firmware on Nokia Software Updater.
I have a bug : my alarm clock doesn't work very well when my phone is off. Sometimes the alarm turns on automatically my phone, sometimes, nothing happens.
I've seen that a new version fixes this bug : 4.0727.2.2.1 : - Improvements: . - Alarm clock function, when handset is turned off - Streaming improment for H3G .

Dear sir and madarm.
i have big problem with my handset. for the restore my phone. i have press*#7370#12345. but the first time the message show that my inter code is incorrect, and second time that i press the same befor it have shown amessage that ( if i inter wrong code again and again 5 time, code will unlock automatically. but i alway try to do like this so many time, it still can not restore,. how can i do. or it have another way to restore it. please help me to solve this problem. for data in store in Data counter has many. does it can make my handset slow down? or not? please reply me as soon as you can. thanks you advance.
