Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppies for Sale - Central Park Puppies

The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, commonly called King Charles Spaniel, is the largest of the Toy breeds. Standing up to 14 inches at the shoulder and weighing in at 13-19 pounds, King Charles Spaniel loves nothing more than to be with its person. A well-rounded companion, King Charles will just as easily be content in your lap or happy walking laps with you in the great outdoors.

This royal breed is used to relaxing in nobility, and never meets a stranger. Kind, easy-going, playful, and trusting, King Charles is a beloved companion dog of families and single owners alike. If you are looking for a dog who follows you from room to room and who will always be by your side, then this Spaniel is for you. With that in mind, King Charles does best with a person at home most of the time so it is best suited for people who work from home or are able to be with the dog a majority of the time.

Smart and agile, King Charles is eager to learn and is easily house trained. While these pups love to be active and on adventures, they are perfectly suited for apartment dwelling as they are happy just being with their family. Great with children as well as calm with older less active people, King Charles is a well rounded Spaniel.

King Charles is flexible and capable of fitting into almost any lifestyle. They do have grooming needs as their silky long fur can become tangled if not brushed and bathed. However, this breed sheds very little which makes them great indoor pups. Typically white with brown markings, King Charles is known to have a sweet and pleasant face with big brown inquisitive eyes.

As with the Spaniel breed, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has a high prey drive and should be leashed on walks and carefully watched during playtime.
