Diabetes is simply diabetes or a group of diseases caused by high blood sugar. High blood sugar can lead to urinary incontinence, excessive thirst and hunger. The cause of type 2 diabetes is related to genetics and lifestyle.

Pregnancy diabetes occurs when pregnant women who have never had diabetes before reach high blood sugar levels during pregnancy. It will develop into type 2 later because it has many features. Approximately 2-5% of all pregnancies are gestational diabetes and about 30% of them are related to type 2 births. If left untreated, the unborn child may be harmed. Babies can be born with a high birth weight or a nervous system problem. The number of women with diabetes has doubled over the past decade. Most of their children also have diabetes.

Diabetes treatment is not easy. Maintain your blood sugar levels by following a healthy diet, exercising regularly and using the right medications. Patients with type 1 diabetes should be vaccinated against diabetes, but patients with type 2 diabetes can be treated orally. Type 2 can be overcome by exercise, avoiding smoking and maintaining proper blood pressure. If you change your lifestyle and healthy lifestyle, you can better manage your lifestyle so that others may not know you have diabetes. It is important that you become familiar with your blood sugar regulation requirements and test your blood sugar levels.

There are hospitals, clinics and good doctors dedicated to helping people with diabetes. You can join support groups that connect people so they can share their experiences and knowledge with others.
