All of us tissue paper for various purposes. According to a survey, a person uses about 9 sheets of tissue paper on a daily basis. Each person uses 20,000 tissue papers a year, which roughly amounts to 50 pounds of paper. Thus, you can understand the huge amount of paper wastage.
LAMINATED TISSUE PAPER
It is a form of tissue paper which is coated with some form of polythene material. The polythene material embossed on the paper gives it a different look and design, it is often referred to as PE coated tissue paper or PE tissue. The PE over here, refers to polythene.
The PE coating at times in laminated to the unglazed sides of MG tissue. The process of laminating tissue helps in increasing the bulk of the tissue production. USES OF PE COATED TISSUE PAPER

These tissues are widely used in the manufacture of hygiene products like household towels, toilet papers, napkins, handkerchiefs etc. this tissue paper is widely used in the fast-food industry as it has stellar grease barrier properties. These even makes it ideal for wrapping oily or greasy foods. A great example of PE coated tissue paper in the fast-food industry, is the burger wrapping. This tissue papers are highly trusted nowadays, because of its lot of features like glossy finishes, high durability and smooth texture. There are other functions as well, it has a lot of medical applications. These tissues are widely used in the hospitals, dental clinics etc. some examples are 2-ply PE dental bibs, blister film PE tissue.
