A Class in Miracles: Obtaining Delight in Forgiveness

Among the main themes of A Program in Miracles is forgiveness. The Class emphasizes that forgiveness is the important thing to releasing the ego's grasp on our brains and linking with the divine love and light within us. In the Course's construction, forgiveness isn't about condoning or overlooking wrongdoing, but about recognizing the illusory nature of the ego's judgments and grievances. By flexible others and ourselves, we launch the burdens of guilt and anxiety, allowing people to… Continue

Wrath of the Lich King: Classes and Professions

If you are debating between mage, rogue, or a druid in WotLK, here are my opinions:

I have mained a mage for a while - all of classic, P1 of TBC and now again in P4. It’s a troll too so bezerking will get a nice change in wrath with the flat 20% haste bonus. I love that toon and the simplicity of the rotation, plus instant pyroblast proc in wrath sounds awesome. I have tailoring and enchanting on him right now but will probably replace enchanting for engineering once I got into raiding in wrath.

I am leveling a rogue right now and having a blast with it. I’m only ~level 30, but it’s a lot of fun. The sneaking around, crowd control, etc plus lock picking/pick pocketing seems like a really nice perk. I have mining/skinning on him right now but would probably change to engineering/jewelcrafting to get more gold if I ended up raiding with him.

I boosted a druid for TBC but just never had enough time to play him consistently. He’s level 62 feral spec with mining/herbalism. I’ve been playing him a bit more and feral seems like a blast, I just haven’t had enough time to really learn the class as well as I’d like. I like the versatility I’ll have with dual spec being introduced. I’d love the opportunity to fill any role my buddies needed me to in raid. I have herbalism/mining on him and I’d like to keep those if possible because gathering on him is a breeze.

Compared to TBC, no it's more difficult. As a range, you're in less danger for basically all of the content except for a few fights, like Thorim for example.

The reality is feral is good DPS sure, but not early. You need Mjolnir runestone in T8 which is heroic thorim 10 man drop and honestly it's rare, and every mdps wants it. Once you get that, you can do decent damage. You can perform well in T8-T10 but its difficult, and at the end of the day, you will still be asked to innverate or brez. So you'll never top.

Play mage and rogue if you've already got them. I played Mage in wrath and made the decision on many factors, it has low responsibility, does great damage (early not the best), is straightforward but also you can min/max. It's enjoyable. Rogue has much more responsibility and most of that revolves around tricks. you need to use it on CD on the appropriate aff lock or rogue partner. But you can have alts in wrath np, so maybe main mage and alt rogue.
