Honestly if you really want to competently develop and manage a business, then follow my example and use protemos system for translation companies for midsize agency. The Protemos online system gives me a lot of advantages, it contains detailed data on all projects in progress, indicating all their stages, transfer volumes, accounting for the receipt and expenditure of BP funds, and much more.

the sweet spot for Scrum is a single team of 5-9 people who, between them, have all the skills needed to produce something of value in a complex domain. Also required is a Product Owner to source, control and evaluate the team's work, and a Scrum Master to facilitate the process and coach the team for optimal results. If you have smaller, larger or multiple teams, if the team cannot produce something of value, if the work is in a fully-understood or chaotic domain, if you work in a strong control culture, or if you do not have separate people to fill the PO and SM roles, then Scrum may not be the best, or complete solution for you.
