Festive seasons encourage overeating which may leads to weightgain. Festive foods include sugary dense food items like sweets and also deep fried foods which contains lots of calories. During the duration from October to November is packed with wedding seasons and festivals like Diwali and navratri. Losing weight can be much more difficult and timetaking. Here are some tips that will be prevents from gaining weight.

1.Drink plenty of water
