木質調總是帶給人醇厚、踏實、溫暖的調性，常被推薦在冬天使用，但BYREDO逆勢而行，推出全新清新氛圍的「BYREDO 北國之春淡香精」，描述的正是春季的香氛景緻。

在香調上，品牌延續一直以來、極簡不繁複的調香方式，這次更創下史上最少、只用了4種香調。

前調「玫瑰」像是一盤優雅的開胃菜，讓人感受春天生機盎然的徵兆，飄散之後迅速來到中調「維吉尼亞雪松」，創辦人特別在不同雪松香精中，挑出最頂級的維吉尼亞品種，細細聞香、那種彷彿剛削過木鉛筆的純粹木質香，乾淨又清新。最後的基調：「絲絨麝香」與「海地岩蘭草」，同樣維持蓬勃甦活的調性，整體帶出乾爽美好的綠意情景。
