This all depends upon the seller either he is a certified reliable exporter with whom you or any one known to you has bought and imported some vehicle in past,if it is so then you can go for it with peace of mind,you simple have to transfer him the money and he should send you the documents after shipping the car,the main consideration is regarding the condition of vehicle that what is conveyed to you should be there but only go for it if he is reliable otherwise choose the car of your choice locally in USA, and if you are importing one make sure about the vehicle's age that has to be permissible according to local laws.
