I believe it is. But in general I hope you know that some people just go by the “IQ” test score - a high test result implies an intelligent person and a low score, a less intelligent person. No I don't think generosity has anything to do with any type of intelligence. I think it has everything to do with spirit. You can be intelligent but mean spirited. You can have a low IQ but have unlimited generosity. I think as human beings we're far more complex beings than just have our attributes put into a box and neatly labelled. I don't think it works like that.
