New Delhi Television's (NDTV) promoter company RRPR Holding has transferred 99.5% of its equity shares to the Adani group-owned Vishvapradhan Commercial (VCPL), taking billionaire Gautam Adani a step closer to taking over one of India's biggest broadcasting houses.
