I’ll be due for a new full size (not certain of brand) truck this fall and would like to add laser protection. I am 75% Iowa driving with the balance in IL and MO. I run from +10-20 PSL, usually set cruse on +15. Judging by the open IA state contracts I could run into a range of guns including DE. I don’t know what flavors of LiDAR are actually in widespread use.

Obviously, ALP’s are the way to go but I really don’t encounter much laser (zero in local driving) and am not interested in…

5 Benahavis Restaurants That No Visitor To The Costa Del Sol Should Overlook

Ask most people who have even the most casual familiarity with Andalucia what they associate with Benahavis, and the chances are that they will mention its culinary scene.
A mountain village situated just seven kilometres from the coast, Benahavis offers a picturesque backdrop and boasts a rich history, but it really is the here-and-now gastronomy that particularly excites visitors here in the 21st century.
You might not be too surprised, then, to learn that the restaurants and eateries here are a major factor in the popularity of our own restaurant transfers to Benahavis. Let’s take a look, then, at just some of the establishments that help give rise to that popularity in 2022.
Los Abanicos
If you love atmosphere in a restaurant, not to mention highly responsive service from energetic staff, you’ll want to pay a visit to this one. That’s not to deny the food itself is fabulous; for Spanish and Mediterranean dishes ranging from veal chops and cochinillo to lamb shoulder, it’s an excellent place to dine, but a relatively unfussy and affordable one, too.
El Guarda 1926
Located in the scenic centre of Benahavis, El Guarda 1926 is another option known for its reasonable prices and excellent service. As for the food, you can expect your tastebuds to be fully tantalised by the cochinillo, antipasto, laing, flans, gelato, and other superbly prepared dishes here.
Amanhavis Restaurant
In this piece, we have already touched on the importance of atmosphere to a restaurant’s appeal, as you will also realise while dining at this rustic, but elegant establishment at Calle Pillar 3. You will find it within the hotel of the same name, with the eye-catching dishes served here at the moment encompassing the likes of pan-fried goose, Moorish tagine, oven-baked sea bream, and so much more.
Rufino
If you would like to dine where the locals dine, this long-time favourite at CalleMontemayor could be a great choice, not to mention an easy-to-find one, as it is one of the first restaurants that many people pass on their journey into Benahavis. It is a family-friendly eatery, known for its attractive terrace, big portions, and undeniable value for money.
Restaurante Amigos
Another dining establishment in Benahavis that offers a beautiful terrace is this one at Calle Malaga 3; it is a very welcoming restaurant that represents a great place to go for immaculately cooked aged meat and irresistible seaside dishes, not to mention a wine list that is the envy of many a rival. Expect a menu embracing Spanish, European and international influences alike.
There you go – just five examples of how Benahavis continues to live up to its hard-won and well-deserved reputation as the ‘dining room of Andalucia’.
It’s no wonder that so many people turn to Simply Shuttles to request professional and great-value Málaga Airport transfers to Benahavis that take in these fabulously atmospheric and rewarding eateries. So why not become one of them, by placing your booking on our website today?
