Pregnant mothers need a more comfortable sleeping environment

Lethargy is a manifestation of pregnancy reactions. Sleep can also protect the mother in a negative metabolic state, so that they will be less sick. In order to create a good resting environment for pregnant mothers, the following aspects should be considered when choosing bedding:
bed
Pregnant women are suitable to sleep on a wooden bed with thick cotton batting to avoid over-hardening of the bed and lack of cushioning power for the body.
pillow
The height of 9 cm (flat shoulders) is appropriate. If the pillow is too high, it is easy to force the neck to bend forward and compress the carotid artery. The carotid artery is a pathway for blood supply to the brain. When blocked, the cerebral blood flow will decrease and cause hypoxia in the brain.

Quilt
The ideal bedding is a cotton cloth wrapped in cotton. It is not suitable to use chemical fiber blended fabrics for duvet covers and sheets. Because chemical fiber cloth is easy to irritate the skin and cause itching.
account
The role of mosquito nets is not only to prevent mosquitoes and wind, but also to absorb dust floating in the space to filter the air. The use of mosquito nets will help you fall asleep peacefully and deepen your sleep.

We saved big buying a used iphone 6Splus then getting the Sim card from Cricket only to find out there's a law, if you don't buy your phone from your carrier, they cannot provide you with WI-FI calling. I can connect to WI-FI internet, but not calling. Consequently, I miss lots of calls and texts. Now saving for a Cricket phone.
