We’ve also learnt in the last two years that we can’t control everything in our health. However, there are some aspects over which we have control, such as what we consume. Our eating habits have an impact on our overall health and immune systems. And it’s more crucial than ever before to look after what goes inside our tummy.

When it comes to grocery shopping, a little planning ahead of time will help you get in and out quickly. Prepare a two-week shopping plan for yourself and everyone in your family, and avoid the urge to buy in bulk. When you buy more than you need, you leave less for others and risk wasting food.

Fruits and vegetables are high in vitamins and minerals, as well as fibre, which is essential for a healthy diet. Don’t forget to mix a few and add to your daily diet.
